Eligibility

Who Qualifies for Employment Services?

Our employment programs are available to individuals who:

  • Have an uncorrectable visual impairment that significantly affects daily activities
  • Are residents of Hillsborough, Polk, or Hardee counties
  • Are motivated to work and achieve career goals
  • Are 18 years or older (for most employment services)
  • Can benefit from vocational training and job placement support
